  Create custom views in the project Gantt, just like in document lists. Save as many views as you need, each with its own filters and layout, and switch between them in a click. Your setup is no longer lost when you leave the screen.

  Filter resources by typology group

  Focus your planning on the roles you need. Filter resources in the Resources workspace now includes a Typology Group section, so you can pick a group and see only its resources and their planning. Combine it with the other filters to narrow the results further.

  Let the AI Assistant turn client emails into Jobs

  From client email to Job, without filling in a form

  Skip the form and the retyping. Paste a client’s email into the AI Assistant and it sets up the Job for you: it finds the client and project, fills in the details and writes the brief from your Job Type template. You check it and approve.

  Show your brand in the browser tab

  Add your own icon to your tenant branding and every browser tab, including the login page, shows it instead of the Skills Workflow icon. The icon follows the same hostname rules as the rest of your branding, and the default icon stays when none is set.

  Pick up where you left off in grouped lists

  Come back to a grouped workspace grid and find it just as you left it. Open and closed groups and your scroll position are now kept when you leave the workspace or reload the page, for each custom view, so you no longer have to reopen groups and scroll back to your place.
