Files
Files is its own area in the main menu, backed by a file system of its own. It sits alongside — and is separate from — the Files tab that individual documents such as projects, jobs and bills carry.
Availability
Opening Files needs the FilesNavigate permission. Viewing needs FilesRead, creating needs FilesCreate, editing needs FilesWrite, and removing needs FilesDelete.
Files is one of the areas that has no list definition of its own: the area is reached directly from the main menu.
