Skills Workflow · AI for Agencies

AI built into the way your agency already works.

Turn a client email into a job, a rough note into a finished brief, a question into an answer — in plain language, inside Skills Workflow. No new tool to learn, no prompt tricks.

"Create a job for the Northwind spring campaign."

Where it lives

Three places — two you are already in, and one you hand to a client.

The AI Assistant panel

A chat panel beside whatever you are working on. It reads the screen you are on, does the work, and asks you to approve anything it is about to write.

"Move this job to Client Approval."

AI Actions in the editor

A button in the toolbar of every rich text editor. Rewrite, shorten, change the tone, or fill your briefing template from notes — without leaving the field you are typing in.

"Make this sound warmer before it goes out."

Client Portals

A page of a client's own, generated with AI and served from Skills Workflow at its own address. None of the platform's interface around it — the reader signs in as themselves, and the page reads live data through their own permissions. Nothing exported, nothing to keep in sync.

"Build Northwind a page showing this quarter's deliverables."

What your team can do today

Less busywork. More of the work you were hired for.

In the panel you pick an agent. Each one is built for a different kind of work.

Create work in seconds

Describe what a client asked for and get a job or deliverable created and filled in, with its brief written into your job type's template — not a blank form.

"Create a deliverable for the Acme rebrand kickoff."

Ask your data a straight question

No dashboard to dig through. Ask about a project or a client and the assistant answers from your own reports, with your own permissions.

"How is the Northwind retainer tracking this month?"

Reshape how work flows

Adjust stages, approvals and who signs off by describing the outcome you want, instead of walking through configuration screens.

"Add a legal review step before Approved."

Make the view fit each team

Tune the panels and filters on a workspace, or build a new one, shaped around how a team actually works.

"Add a board of this week's deliverables."

Teach it your way of working

Add skills that carry your rules, agents built for your processes, and tools that reach your own reports and systems.

You stay in control

Nothing is written without you saying so.

How that works

  • Creating or changing a document raises an approval card first, listing exactly what it will do.
  • You can edit a value on that card before approving it.
  • Denying it changes nothing, and the assistant offers what to adjust instead.
  • A workflow or workspace change arrives as a proposal you apply, and can be reverted until you do.
  • The assistant acts as you: it can never read or change what your own permissions do not allow.

In preview

The assistant carries a Preview badge. It is still under development, its behaviour may change, and results are generated — review them before acting on them or sending them to a client.

Portals are new and still being built out. Read what is not there yet before you give a client the link.
