Using the platform

The order a project actually moves in, from the brief arriving to the hours being approved.

Before you start

  1. Glossary — the words the interface and the API use, including the cases where they disagree.
  2. Roles and profiles — what you can see and do depends on your profile.
  3. Favorites — getting back to the work you care about.

Set the work up

  1. Client requests — how work arrives from a client.
  2. Create a project — the container everything else hangs from.
  3. Create jobs — breaking the project into the work that gets assigned.

Plan it

  1. Using the Gantt — dates, dependencies and the shape of the schedule.
  2. Resource scheduler — who is available, and for what.
  3. Assign an executor — putting a name against the work.
  4. Planned Time — how much time the work is expected to take.

Do it and report it

  1. Filling in timesheets — recording the hours.
  2. Timesheet timer — recording them as they happen instead.
  3. Annotations — reviewing files with feedback on the file itself.
  4. The feed — where the conversation about a document lives.

Follow it

  1. My tasks — your own queue.
  2. List view — filtering and shaping any list of documents.
  3. Approving timesheets — for anyone who approves rather than submits.
